Deed

Indenture made March 4, 1817 between Joshua Musgrave and Michael McKinne 
both of Wayne, for $1050.75 land in Wayne as follows:
First tract on the east side of Falling Creek and on both sides of Costelow 
Branch adjacent to Sampson Edward's corner, Joseph Everett's corner, Robert 
Musgrave's line, bank of creek and containing 167 acres.
Second tract on the south side of the Road adjacent to line of patent 
granted to Jesse Musgrave, near the old school house and containing 14 1/2 
acres.
Witnesses: Wm Edwards and Robert Musgrave
May Court 1817
