Bk 6, pg 341

Land Grant entered September 6, 1803 for Richard Cox land in Wayne on the 
south side of Neuse River adjacent to the south side of Holmes Branch, side of 
Great Marsh, river bank, his own corner on the bank of the river, John Beck 
containing 230 acres.
