For and in consideration of fifty shillings for every hundred acres granted 
paid into our Treasury by Samuel Herring a tract of land containing 50 acres 
in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River beginning at a pine his own corner 
in John Dickson's line to a pine in said line, stake in his own line this 20 
August 1795. Recorded 3 January 1800.
