For and in consideration of ten pounds for every hundred acres granted paid 
into our Treasury by Samuel Herring a tract of land containing 320 acres lying 
in Wayne in the great fork of Sleepy Creek adjacent to widow Mun's 
improvements, William Whitfield's corner on the creek adjacent to Charles 
Holmens line. 17 November 1790.
