Location, On the South side of Falling Creek Beg at a pine in the Long Branch

To the surveyor of said county you are hereby required to lay off and survey 
for according to law 150 acres of land for William Lewis on the South side of 
Falling joining James Rodes, James Manleys and Coles lines including his 
improvements.

Given under my hand at White Hall this 18th day of Dec'r 1786.
