John Rhodes Land Grant for 60 acres entered June 24, 1795 in Wayne on the 
north Side of Buck Swamp adjacent to his own corner in Wolf's field, east 
side of Wilmington Road, Wise's corner, Rhodes Branch excepting 1835 acres 
viz: 80 acres granted to Wm Rhodes, 135 acres granted to Wm Rhodes, 100 
acres granted to Wm Rhodes, 450 acres granted to Charles Cogdell, 70 acres 
granted to Wm Rhodes, 200 acres granted to Matthew Carter, 100 acres granted 
to Jacob Powell, 200 acres granted to Wm Rhodes, 100 acres granted to Wm 
Rhodes, 300 acres granted to Wm Rhodes, 100 acres granted to Thomas Brown, 
all of which granted lands are not intended to be included or considered as 
any part of this Grant.
