Bk 7, pg 22

Indenture made March 21, 1799 between John Page and Richard Cox both of 
Wayne, for 750 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Little River 
including the plantation whereon said Page now lives adjacent to a white oak 
on the river bank, John C Penders corner containing 300 acres.

One other tract on the south side of Little River adjacent to John Rayfords 
corner, Pages line containing 50 acres.

One other tract on the south side of Little River joining Pages land, holly 
on the river bank containing 100 acres.

Witnesses: John Howell, Joseph Hall and D'd Davis
