Indenture made January 10, 1843 between James R Parker and Micajah Casey 
both of Wayne, for $80 land in Wayne on the south side of Walnut Creek it 
being a piece of land purchased by sd Parker at a sheriff's sale of the 
property of Alexander Croom who purchased it from Wright Johnston adjacent 
the run of Walnut Creek, Martin Johnston, Ephraim Grant line, Richard 
Hinson's line, Henry Herring and containing 86 1/2 acres.
Witnesses: Jacob Herring and Jesse Anderson
