Indenture made October 24, 1798 between Abraham Peacock of Randolph Co, NC and 
Richard Cox of Wayne, for 100 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of 
Naughunty and east side of Myrtle Spring Branch containing 48 acres.

Witnesses: John Howell and Wm Sanders
