Indenture made February 3, 1866 between Robert Peel and Right Lewis both of 
Wayne, for $600 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River adjacent to 
Robert Peel, Broadhurst and others containing 400 acres.
Witnesses: J G Keathly and C M Landoson
