Wayne County, NC - John Pipkin deed to son Jesse Pipkin, 1782 ¤¤¤¤¤¤ No 121 To all to whom this presents shall come greeting knowing that I John Pipkin of the State of North Carolina and County of Wayne for divers good Causes and Considerations but more particulary for the nature of Love & Effection I bear to my Son Jesse Pipkin of the State & County aforesaid have given and granted & by these presents do give grant & Confirm unto him the said Jesse Pipkin & to his heirs Ers admrs and assigns forever One certain Tract or parcel of Land lying & being in the State aforesaid on falling Creek joining the lines of the said Jesse Pipkin Luke Pipkin & Thomas Bizzell Containing Thirty acres and bounded by agreement and being part of a tract granted me by Patent bearing date the 22 of April One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three the same to be held possess & enjoy and by him the said Jesse Pipkin his heirs &c with all and Singular the privilidges and appurtenances thereunto belonging free and clear off and from all manner of Former and other gifts and all other incumbrances whatsoever by me my heirs Ers or Admrs or any other person or persons whatsoever from by or under any of them shall & will by these presents Warrant & forever defend in Witness whereof I the said John Pipkin have hereunto set my hand and and affixed my Seal this 7 of March 1782 Signed Sealed and delivered John Pipkin {Seal} in the presents of Raiford Fulghum Arthur Pipkin ___________________________________________________________________ Copyright.
