Deed

Indenture made April 30, 1812 between Willis Pipkin and William Bizzell both 
of Wayne, for $30 land in Wayne on the north side of Faling Creek, adjacent 
the run of a branch between where Mills Pipkin lived, William Bizzell's 
line, corner of patent granted Charles Hines for 100 acres and containing 28 
acres.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and J Howell
