Deed of Gift

Indenture made April 6, 1812 between Willis Pipkin and William Pipkin both 
of Wayne, for and in consideration of the love and good will and affection I 
have and do bare to my son William Pipkin for the better maintenance of him, 
land in Wayne on both sides of Kelley's Branch adjacent to a patent granted 
to William Reynolds, Lovit Pipkin's corner, Jernigan's line, patent granted 
to John Bradshaw's patent, patent granted to Josiah Brown, east side of the 
Reedy Branch and containing 687 acres.
Witnesses: Stewart Pipkin and John Lawhon
