Deed of Gift

Indenture made May 19, 1812 between Willis Pipkin and Stewart Pipkin both of 
Wayne, for divers good causes and valuable considerations especially for the 
love and affection I bare to my beloved son Stewart Pipkin land in Wayne 
adjacent to John Bradshaw corner, Benja Jernigan's line, Stephen Pipkin's 
corner and containing 180 acres.
Witnesses: John Lawhon and Wm Bizzell
