Deed of Gift

Indenture made January 30, 1817 between Willis Pipkin and Steward Pipkin 
both of Wayne, for and in consideration of the love and good will and 
affection I have and do bare to my son Steward Pipkin, land in Wayne on both 
sides of Cradock's Branch adjacent to John Reaves' corner, Frederick 
Grantham's corner, Lovit Pipkin's corner, William Fellow's line, John 
Bizzell's patent line, Rich'd McKinne's corner and containing 1,093 acres.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Alsee Ellis
