Deed of Gift

Indenture made January 30, 1817 between Willis Pipkin and Luisey Pipkin both 
of Wayne, for the love and affection I bare to my beloved granddaughter 
Luisey Pipkin daughter of my son William Pipkin and to all the sons and 
daughters that may hereafter be lawfully begotten of my son William Pipkin 
land in Wayne on the east side of Jernigan's Mill Branch adjacent to both 
sides of Kelley's Branch, tree on a patent granted to William Reynolds, 
Lovit Pipkin's corner, Josiah Brown patent, Frederick Holmes' corner, 
Bradshaw's patent line, Reedy Branch and containing 687 acres.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Steward Pipkin
