Indenture made May 13, 1814 between William Pipkin and Willis Pipkin both of 
Wayne, for $200 on both sides of Kelley's Branch adjacent to Wm Reynolds 
patent, Lovit Pipkins corner, John John Bradshaw patent, Josiah Brown 
patent, east side of Ready branch and containing 687 acres.
Witnesses: Uriah Bass Jr and Lovit Pipkin
