Deed of Gift

Indenture made April 6, 1812 between Willis Pipkin and Lovit Pipkin both of 
Wayne, for and in consideration of the love and good will and affection I 
have and do bare to my son land in Wayne on both sides of Kelley's Branch 
adjacent to Henry Stephen's orner, corner of John Bratchers patent, 
beginning of a patent for Wm Reynolds and containing 700 acres.
Witnesses: Steward Pipkin and John Lawhon
May Term 1812
