Indenture made September 2, 1800 between Willis Pipkin and Stephen Pipkin 
both of Wayne, for $100 land in Wayne on the south of Neuse River and south 
side of Horse Swamp adjacent to Solomon Grantham's corner on the south side 
of Horse Saamp, north side of Horse Swamp and containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Holmes and Mills Pipkin
