Indenture dated June 3, 1781 between Joseph Pipkin and Joseph Sessions both 
of Wayne, for 1,400 pounds land in Wayne on the north side of Fawling Creek 
adjacent John Bizzell's corner, Robert Eachus' line, Session's corner, John 
Bryan's line, Richard Cogdell's line, Lewis Pipkin's line and containing 200 
acres.
Witnesses: Thomas Craddock and Willis Pipkin
