Indenture made September 23, 1814 between Arthur Pipkin Senr. to Phillip 
Pipkin both of Wayne County, NC, for $122.50 land in Wayne on the N side of 
Buck Swamp and a patent granted to Arthur Pipkin for 120 acres, adjacent to 
Johnson Branch, Lewis Cogdell's corner, Lazarus Smith line containing 150 
acres.
Witnesses: Lewis Pipkin and Bryan Pipkin
