Arthur Pipkin to Needham Pipkin
Wayne County, NC Register of Deeds
Bk 8, pg 342

Indenture made February 18, 1806 between Arthur Pipkin of Wayne County, NC, 
Planter, and Needham Pipkin of same, that I the said Arthur Pipkin for and 
in consideration of the natural love and affection and for the better 
maintenance of him, have given, granted and set over unto him land in Wayne 
adjacent to Cogdell's corner, stake in the old patent line containing 75 
acres.
Witnesses: Jesse Bizzell and Theophilus Fulghum
