Mortgage Deed - Cancelled

Indenture made January 1, 1912 between Howard Pipkin and his wife Sudie 
Pipkin and B B Grantham all of Wayne, for $10 land in Wayne in Grantham 
Township the same being Lot No 2 in the division of the estate of J W Rose 
dec'd allotted to Sudie Pipkin and consisting of two tracts:
Tract 1 cleared land containing 8 acres on the south side of the public road 
one tract of woods land adjoining aboe No 1 in the division containing 2 
acres.
Also a tract of 1 acre being a part of above Nos allotted to Margaret Rose 
conveyed by her to Howard Pipkin and Sudie Pipkin his wife.
