Deed made February 7, 1921 between Ernest Pipkin and his wife Hettie Pipkin 
and B B Grantham all of Wayne, for $10 land in Wayne joining the lands of B B 
Grantham and Julia Morgan adjacent to Julius Morgan's line, Lot No 1, Lot No 
2, Lot No 6, B B Grantham's line containing 11 1/2 acres being Lot No 5 in the 
division of the estate of J W Rose de'd allotted to Hettie Pipkin.
