Indenture made 10 January 1807 between Needham Pipkin and Philip Pipkin, 
both of Wayne County, NC, for $225 land in Wayne, adjacent north side of 
Buck Swamp, north side of Johnston Branch containing 75 acres being part of 
a patent granted to Arthur Pipkin for 300 acres.
Witnesses: B. Robin Hood and Lewis Pipkin.
