Indenture made 17 January 1814 between Needham Pipkin and Lewis Cogdell, 
both of Wayne County, NC, for $700 land in Wayne, adjacent both sides of 
Bushes Branch, dividing line between Cogdell and Fulghum containing 120 
acres, being part of a survey where Raiford Fulghhum dec'd lived and 
conveyed by deed by said Fulghum to his son Arthur Fulghum.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Theo Barfield
