Edith Pipkin to Prudence Beard

Indenture made February 18, 1822 between Edith Pipkin of Wayne County, NC to 
Prudence Beard of same, for and in consideration of the love and good will 
and natural affection which I have and do bear to my daughter Prudence Beard 
and more especially for the better maintenance of her, land in Wayne on the 
south side of Falling Creek adjacent Ralph Bird's corner and McCullen's line 
containing 121 acres.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Needham Davis

Wayne County February Term 1822 - proved and ordered to be registered.
