Indenture made September 3, 1800 between Stephen Pipkin of Wayne County, NC 
and John Reaves of Sampson County, NC, for $1200 land in Wayne County on the 
south side of Neuse River adjacent to both sides of Miller's Branch, Thomas 
Craddock's corner, Richard Cogdell's corner, John Westbrook's corner, 
Solomon Grantham's corner, north side of Horse Swamp, Stephen Pipkin's old 
corner containing 784 acres.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Lewis Pipkin
