On Sleepy Creek adjoining the lands of Wright Casey Jr, Robert Peel & others &
bounded as follows: 
beginning at a stake in sd Casey’s line & running along his line S 32 W 60 poles to
a stake formerly a hickory stump, then S 52 E 28 poles to a stake in sd Peel’s line, 
then N 44 ˝ E 8 poles to a stake, then N 18 W crossing said Creek to the beginning 
containing by estimation fifteen acres, be it more or be it less together with all 
& singular the tenements hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto belonging in any 
wise appertaining.
