second part. For $2,000, land in Wayne County, NC and described as follows:

Adjacent to a iron stake at the fork of the road Jasper Potts corner, in 
Faircloths line, R. W. Edwards line, Grant Hagans corner, Eddie Hagan's line 
containing 30.44 acres more or less, being the same property conveyed to 
David Potts by James W. Howell, by deed bearing date of October 13, 1919.
