Deed made December 14, 1888 between Lucius & Fanny Potts his wife to John F. 
Fields all of Wayne, for $15 land in Wayne adjoining John F. Fields and wife 
[Cynthia Potts] and Margaret Smith. This land was his share of his sister 
Julia E. Potts dec'd estate to whom said lot 7 was assigned in her father 
Newman Potts' estate.
