Indenture made May 3, 1787 between James Rhodes and Joseph Pipkin both of 
Wayne, for 12 pounds land in Wayne on the south side of Falling Creek by the 
mouth of Mill Run, Pipkin's own line, Rhodes' own line and containing 21 
acres.
Witnesses: W Dickson and J Beck
July Court 1787
