Bk 7, pg 77

Indenture made February 7, 1800 between John Rhodes and Lambert Thomas both 
of Wayne, for 108 pounds land in Wayne on the north side of Buck Swamp 
adjacent to said Thomas' corner, patent granted to Charles Cogdell, 
Peterson's Branch, Bushes Branch and containing 154 acres. Another tract of 
land in Wayne being part of a patent to Charles Cogdell adjacent to 
Beaverdam, Thomas' line and containing 22 acres.
Witnesses: Elias Wolf and George Wolf
