Indenture made February 7, 1800 between John Rhodes and Elias Wolf both of 
Wayne, for 43 pounds 15 shillings land in Wayne on the north side of Buck 
Swamp adjacent to Peterson's Branch said dividing line between Wolf and 
Lambert Thomas, John Crow's line and containing 76 acres it being part of a 
tract of land patented by Charles Cogdell.
Witnesses: L Thomas and George Wolf
