Indenture made February 24, 1792 between William Rhodes (Jr) and John Rhodes 
both of Wayne, for 500 pounds land in Wayne all my right title claim and 
interest in and to the one half of a certain parcel of land on which my father 
William Rhodes Senr. possessed at the time of his death about 900 acres. 
Witnesses: Joab Blackman and Lorahamah Rhodes
