Indenture made February 5, 1852 between Laban W Lewis of the first part, 
Robert Peel of the second part and William & Elizabeth Vernon of the third 
part all of Wayne, for $245 to Laban W Lewis to him in hand paid by William 
& Elizabeth Vernon as well as for the further consideration of the sum of 
one dollar to him in hand paid by said Robert Peel, Laban sold to Robert 
Peel land in Wayne adjacent to Robert Peels corner, Rachel Bryants line 
containing 90 acres being the same lot allotted to Robert Peel in the 
division of the division of the land of James Peel dec'd.
Witnesses: John A Kornegay and John Grady
