Deed made August -, 1910 between John W. Rose and Susan A Rose his wife of 
the first part and Sarah Margaret Rose their daughter of the second part, 
for $10 land in Wayne adjoining Julius Morgan.
Beginning at Julius Morgan's corner on the north side of the road and runs 
west with the road to the corner of the School house lot, hence with the 
line of the School lot north and W to a pond from which running a line east 
and parallel with first line in the road to said Julius Morgan's line and 
his line to the beginning so as to include 15 acres upon which the house 
stands, dwelling and out houses. This is to be the full satisfaction of her 
share of our land estate as it now stands.
