Deed made January 2, 1914 between Marshal F Rose and Isabella Rose his wife 
and Walter Martin and George Martin for $1,700 two tracts in Grantham 
Township in Wayne County adjoining the lands of Garry Martin, Richard Allen 
Martin, B B Grantham and John McClenny and others 

First tract adjacent to the run of Green Branch formerly the corner between 
J Ward and Isaac Crow and M McClenny's corner containing 75 acres according 
to a plot made by Louis Godwin December 20, 1911.

Second tract beginning at J W McClenny's lower corner on the run of Falling 
Creek adjacent to Garry Martin's corner formerly owned by Isaac Crow 
containing 26 acres.
