Deed made October 6, 1911 between Sarah Margaret Rose and Howard Pipkin and 
Sudie E Pipkin his wife, for $25 land in Grantham Township adjoining lands 
of Sarah Margaret Rose and B B Grantham adjacent to the southeastern corner 
of the school lot on the northern edge of the public road leading to Mt 
Olive containing 1 acre.
Recorded October 6, 1911

(Sarah and Sudie were sisters)
