Deed made December 28, 1911 between John A Rose and wife Lizzie Rose parties 
of first part and Chester G Rose party of the second part all of Wayne, for 
$5 land in Wayne being the 1/5 interest of the land of the late W N Rose 
being the interest of the parties of the second part in Grantham Township 
adjoining the lands of C M Cogdell, Ute Craddock, Ben Sasser and George 
Britt adjacent to Pilman Branch on the run of Buck Swamp containing by 
estimation 472 acres less any that has been sold off by the late W N Rose 
together with the tenements appurtenances belonging thereto. For further
