Indenture made November 30, 1868 between William N Rose and wife Elizabeth and 
Benjamin J Futrell all of Wayne, for $400 land in Wayne adjoining the lands of 
said Futrell and William Pipkin adjacent to Pipkin's corner containing 150 1/2 
acres.
Witnesses: Wm Vernon and Kinchen Britt
