Indenture made March 30, 1812 between Benjamin Sauls and Elizabeth Sauls his 
wife and John McKinne all of Wayne, for $800 land in Wayne on the north side 
of Neuse River on the west side of Stoney Creek adjacent John Thompson's 
field and containing 100 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Smith and E Smith
May Term 1818
