Indenture made September 23, 1813 between James Sherard and Exper Lewis both 
of Wayne, for $450 land in Wayne adjacent to dividing line between John and 
Benjamin Person, Jacob Rowell's corner, John Bardin's line and containing 100 
acres.
Witnesses: Britton Hood and Matchet Barden
