Indenture made October 6, 1836 between James R Smith and John Casey both of 
Wayne, for $300 land in Wayne on the south side of Neuse River and known in 
the division of Stephen Smith's land adjacent to Sarah Smith's line, Matthew 
Norris line and containing 151 acres.
Witnesses: Wm Raiford and George W Jernigan
