Indenture made August 15, 1840 between me Elijah Smith as executor to the 
last will of Benjamin Smith and Micajah Casey all of Wayne, for $151.25 land 
in Wayne known by the name of Watt's tract formerly the property of Benj'a 
Smith adjacent to the run of Poplar Branch, Benj'a Best corner, Micajah 
Casey's line, north side of Hay Meadow, Benj'a Ham's corner and containing 
94 1/4 acres.
Witnesses: Rigdon Best and Robert Williams
