Indenture made October 8, 1856 between Leidy (Lydia?) Smith and Laban W Lewis 
both of Wayne, for $500 land in Wayne on the west side of Cabin Branch 
adjacent to Robert Peeles corner, Sally Peeles corner containing 85 acres.
Witnesses: John A Kornegay and R Peel
