Indenture made March 31, 1841 between Robt D Smith and James H Lewis both of 
Wayne, for $250 land in Wayne known in the division of the land of Wm Smith 
dec'd as Lot No 2 and drawn by said Robt D Smith adjacent to a stake in a 
field where Sally Handly now lives, Wm B Smith's corner and containing 50 
acres.
Witnesses: Wm B Smith and James Patrick
May Term 1841
