Indenture made September 29, 1795 between Thomas Tanner and Samuel Herring 
both of Wayne, for 10 pounds land in Wayne on Sleepy Creek adjacent to Dickson's 
line, Winfield's line, Samuel Herring's corner and containing containing 96 acres.
Witnesses: Robert Wilkins, Abel Dail and John Reaves.
