Deed made 20 Dec 1889 from Morris & Taylor to H. L. Grant, for $500 land in 
Wayne containing 18 acres adjoining the lands of H. L. Grant, Mrs. Wiggs and 
south of NC Railroad adjacent to a stake near a sweet gum on NCRR and runs to a 
stake near the head of a ditch, Mrs. Graingers line, to the railroad.

Also one other tract of land containing 5 acres lying on the north side of Neuse 
River bridge to a stake, to another stake, then to the river.
