Indenture made August 19, 1817 between John Thompson and John McKinne both 
of Wayne, for $2,800 land in Wayne on the west side of Stoney Creek and 
adjacent to Simon Langston's corner as follows:
Tract 1 - On bank of Stoney Creek, Simon Langston's corner, dividing branch 
between said Thompson and McKinne, said McKinne's corner and containing 188 
acres.
Tract 2 - Land joining the aforesaid tract of land on the west side of 
Stoney Creek adjacent to Thompson's corner, House in Thompson's old line and 
containing 12 1/2 acres.
Tract 3 - On the west side of Stoney Creek adjacent to north side of Levy's 
Branch, corner of sd Thompson's House, Langton's corner and containing 1 1/2 
acres.
Tract 4 - On the west side of Stoney Creek adjacent to bank of creek, Simon 
Langston's upper corner, McKinne's line, Thos Vinson's line and containing 
76 acres.
